Common use of Covenants and Indemnification Provisions Clause in Contracts

Covenants and Indemnification Provisions. Each of Seller’s covenants and each of Seller’s indemnification provisions contained herein shall survive Closing and remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms until the first anniversary of the Closing Date.
