Common use of Covenants are Independent Clause in Contracts

Covenants are Independent. The covenants on the part of the Associate contained in paragraphs 7, 8, 9, 10, 24 and 25 hereof, as well as in each subsection thereof, shall each be construed as agreements independent of each other and of any other provision in this Agreement and the unenforceability of one shall not affect the remaining covenants.

The covenants on the part of the Associate contained set forth in paragraphs 7Sections 2, 83, 9, 10, 24 4 and 25 hereof, as well as in each subsection thereof, 5 herein shall each be construed as agreements independent of each other and of any other provision and sub-provision in this Agreement and the unenforceability of one or more provisions of sub-provisions shall not affect effect the remaining covenants.
