COVENANTS AS TO PURCHASES. Except upon the exercise by the Company of its right to redeem the Debentures pursuant to Section 3.2 upon the occurrence and continuation of a Special Event or pursuant to Section 3.3(a) or Section 3.3(b), prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date, the Company shall not purchase any Debentures, in whole or in part, from the Trust.
