Common use of Covenants by the Corporation Clause in Contracts

Covenants by the Corporation. The Corporation consents to the terms of this Agreement and hereby covenants with each of the other Parties hereto that it will at all times during the term of this Agreement be governed by the terms and provisions hereof in carrying on its Business and affairs, and each of the Shareholders shall vote or cause to be voted its respective Shares to cause the Corporation to fulfil its foregoing covenants.

Covenants by the Corporation. The Corporation consents to the terms of this Agreement and hereby covenants with each of the other Parties parties hereto that it will at all times during the term of this Agreement be governed by the terms and provisions hereof in carrying on its Business business and affairs, and each of the Shareholders shall vote or cause to be voted its their respective Shares of the Corporation to cause the Corporation to fulfil its foregoing covenants.

Each of the Shareholders shall vote or cause to be voted its their respective Shares to cause the Corporation to fulfil its foregoing covenantscovenant.
