Covenants by the Current Issuer. The Current Issuer hereby covenants with the Note Trustee that, so long as any of the Current Issuer Notes remains outstanding, it will: (a) Books and Records: at all times keep such books of account and records as may be necessary to comply with all applicable laws and so as to enable accounts of the Current Issuer to be prepared and allow the Note Trustee and any person appointed by the Note Trustee free access to such books of account and records at all reasonable times during normal business hours;
