Common use of Covenants/Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Covenants/Confidentiality. 8. You acknowledge and agree that during your employment with the Company you have developed and had access to confidential trade secret information. Accordingly, notwithstanding any provision of this Release Agreement to the contrary, you hereby reaffirm, and agree to comply with the Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement, a form of which is attached hereto as Annex A (the "Covenants Agreement"). You further agree that the Covenants Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as if restated herein.

You further agree ; provided, however, that the Covenants Agreement shall remain in full force and effect is hereby, as if restated herein.applicable, limited as follows:
