Common use of Covenants Cumulative Clause in Contracts

Covenants Cumulative. All covenants, agreements and other undertakings of the Borrower contained in this Agreement shall be deemed cumulative to and not in derogation or substitution of any of the covenants, agreements and other undertakings contained in any other Loan Document. The Borrower may not take any action or fail to take any action which is permitted by this Agreement if such action or failure would result in the breach of any provision of any other Loan Document.
