Covenants Extending to Other Persons. The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, use its commercially reasonable efforts, in accordance with applicable law (which shall include, without limitation, the exercise of contractual rights and remedies available to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries) to cause each Non-Wholly Owned ASC Subsidiary, Minority ASC Entity, Practice or Provider, as appropriate to do with respect to itself, its business and its assets, each of the things required of a Credit Party in Sections 7.1.2 through 7.1.8 inclusive, subject, however, in the case of Section 7.1.5 to any laws, rules or regulations concerning the confidentiality of medical records.
