Common use of Covenants   For Clause in Contracts

Covenants   For. so long as the 2115 Notes remain outstanding or any amount remains unpaid on the 2115 Notes and the Indenture, the Guarantor will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries, as applicable, to comply with the terms and covenants set forth below (except as otherwise provided in a duly authorized amendment to this Guaranty as provided herein):

Covenants   For. so long as the 2115 2024 Notes remain outstanding or any amount remains unpaid on the 2115 2024 Notes and the Indenture, the Guarantor will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries, as applicable, to comply with the terms and covenants set forth below (except as otherwise provided in a duly authorized amendment to this Guaranty as provided herein):

Covenants   For. so long as the 2115 2034 Notes remain outstanding or any amount remains unpaid on the 2115 2034 Notes and the Indenture, the Guarantor will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries, as applicable, to comply with the terms and covenants set forth below (except as otherwise provided in a duly authorized amendment to this Guaranty as provided herein):
