Common use of Covenants   For Clause in Contracts

Covenants   For. so long as the 2016 Floating Rate Notes remain outstanding or any amount remains unpaid on the 2016 Floating Rate Notes and the Indenture, the Guarantor will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries, as applicable, to comply with the terms and covenants set forth below (except as otherwise provided in a duly authorized amendment to this Guaranty as provided herein):

Covenants   For. so long as the 2016 2017 Floating Rate Notes remain outstanding or any amount remains unpaid on the 2016 2017 Floating Rate Notes and the Indenture, the Guarantor will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries, as applicable, to comply with the terms and covenants set forth below (except as otherwise provided in a duly authorized amendment to this Guaranty as provided herein):

Covenants   For. so long as the 2016 2020 Floating Rate Notes remain outstanding or any amount remains unpaid on the 2016 2020 Floating Rate Notes and the Indenture, the Guarantor will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries, as applicable, to comply with the terms and covenants set forth below (except as otherwise provided in a duly authorized amendment to this Guaranty as provided herein):

Covenants   For. so long as the 2016 2019 Floating Rate Notes remain outstanding or any amount remains unpaid on the 2016 2019 Floating Rate Notes and the Indenture, the Guarantor will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries, as applicable, to comply with the terms and covenants set forth below (except as otherwise provided in a duly authorized amendment to this Guaranty as provided herein):
