Common use of Covenants Incorporated by Reference Clause in Contracts

Covenants Incorporated by Reference. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, comply with each covenant applicable to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, as described in the Indenture as if made by the Borrower as of the date hereof.
