Covenants Independent. The existence of any claim or cause of action of the Consultant against Trimax, whether pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise, shall not constitute a defence to the enforcement by Trimax of Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and/or 13 and/or against the Consultant.
