Common use of Covenants Independent Clause in Contracts

Covenants Independent. The covenants and agreements set forth in this Section 4.15 shall be deemed and shall be construed as separate and independent covenants and agreements, and, should any portion of such covenants and agreements be held invalid, void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, voidness, or unenforceability shall in no way render invalid, void or unenforceable any other portion thereof or any separate covenant not declared invalid, void or unenforceable; and this Section 4.15 shall in that case be construed as if the void, invalid or unenforceable portions were omitted.

Covenants Independent. The covenants and agreements set forth in this Section 4.15 4.14 shall be deemed and shall be construed as separate and independent covenants and agreements, and, should any portion of such covenants and agreements be held invalid, void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, voidness, or unenforceability shall in no way render invalid, void or unenforceable any other portion thereof or any separate covenant not declared invalid, void or unenforceable; and this Section 4.15 4.14 shall in that case be construed as if the void, invalid or unenforceable portions were omitted.
