Covenants not Applicable to the Notes. As it applies to the Notes, and no other outstanding series of notes, Article 10 of the Original Indenture is hereby amended by deleting sections 10.02, 10.04, 10.05, 10.06, 10.07, 10.08, 10.09 and 10.15 in their entirety.
