Covenants of Institution. The Institution covenants and agrees that it shall not perform any act or enter into any agreement or omit to take any action that would adversely affect its status as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code and shall conduct its operations in a manner which conforms to the standards necessary to qualify the Institution as a charitable organization within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Code or any successor provisions of federal income tax law.
