Common use of Covenants of Issuer Entity Clause in Contracts

Covenants of Issuer Entity. The Issuer Entity covenants and agrees that until payment in full of the Notes, all accrued and unpaid interest and all other Obligations, the Issuer Entity shall, and shall cause all Persons to, perform and comply with the covenants in Article VII of the Indenture applicable to such Person.
