Common use of COVENANTS OF LANDLORD Clause in Contracts

COVENANTS OF LANDLORD. Landlord covenants that it has the right to make this Lease for the term aforesaid and covenants that if Tenant shall pay the rent and perform all of the covenants, terms and conditions of this Lease to be performed by Tenant, Tenant shall, during the term of this Lease freely, peaceably and quietly occupy and enjoy the full possession of the Leased Premises without molestation or hindrance.

COVENANTS OF LANDLORD. Landlord covenants that it has the right to make this Lease for the term aforesaid aforesaid, and covenants that if Tenant shall pay the rent rental and perform all of the covenants, terms and conditions of this Lease to be performed by Tenant, Tenant shall, during the term of this Lease hereby created, freely, peaceably and quietly occupy and enjoy the full possession of the Leased Premises without molestation or hindrancehindrance by Landlord or any party claiming through or under Landlord.

COVENANTS OF LANDLORD. Landlord covenants that it has the right to make this Lease for the term aforesaid and that there is no interest senior or superior to Tenant’s rights under this Lease. Landlord covenants that if Tenant shall pay the rent and perform all of the covenants, terms and conditions of this Lease to be performed by Tenant, Tenant shall, during the term of this Lease freely, peaceably and quietly occupy and enjoy the full possession of the Leased Premises without molestation or hindrance.

COVENANTS OF LANDLORD. Landlord covenants that it has the right to make this Lease for the term aforesaid Lease, and covenants that if Tenant shall pay the rent all Annual Base Rent and Additional Rent and perform all of the covenants, terms and conditions of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease to be performed by TenantLease, Tenant shall, during the term Term and subject to the provisions of this Lease freelyLease, peaceably and quietly occupy and enjoy the full possession of the Leased Premises without molestation interruption or hindrancehindrance by Landlord.

COVENANTS OF LANDLORD. Landlord covenants that it has the right to make this Lease for the term aforesaid Term, and covenants that if Tenant shall pay is not in default or holding over in the rent and perform all of Premises without Landlord's prior written consent after the covenants, terms and conditions Term ends or any earlier termination of this Lease to be performed by TenantLease, Tenant shallmay, during the term of this Lease freelyTerm, peaceably and quietly occupy and enjoy the full possession of the Leased Premises without molestation or hindrancePremises.

COVENANTS OF LANDLORD. Landlord covenants that it has legal title to the Building and has (subject to Section 48 hereof) the right to make this Lease for the term aforesaid and of the Lease aforesaid. Further Landlord covenants that if Tenant shall pay the rent and shall perform all of the covenants, terms agreements and conditions of specified in this Lease to be performed by Tenant, Tenant shall, during for the term of this Lease the Lease, freely, peaceably and quietly occupy and enjoy the full possession of the Leased Premises without molestation or hindrance.the
