Common use of COVENANTS OF LANDLORD Clause in Contracts

COVENANTS OF LANDLORD. Landlord covenants that it has the right to make this Lease for the term aforesaid, and that if Tenant shall pay the rental and perform all of the covenants, terms and conditions of this Lease to be performed by Tenant, Tenant shall, during the term hereby created, freely, peaceably and quietly occupy and enjoy the full possession of the Premises without molestation or hindrance by Landlord or any party claiming through or under Landlord.

COVENANTS OF LANDLORD. Landlord covenants that it has the right to make this Lease for the term aforesaid, aforesaid and covenants that if Tenant shall pay the rental rent and perform all of the covenants, terms and conditions of this Lease to be performed by Tenant, Tenant shall, during the term hereby created, of this Lease freely, peaceably and quietly occupy and enjoy the full possession of the Leased Premises without molestation or hindrance by Landlord or any party claiming through or under Landlordhindrance.

COVENANTS OF LANDLORD. Landlord covenants that it has the right to make this Lease for the term aforesaid, and that if so long as Tenant shall pay the rental is not in default beyond any applicable notice and perform all of the covenants, terms and conditions of this Lease to be performed by Tenantcure periods, Tenant shall, during the term hereby created, freely, peaceably and quietly occupy and enjoy the full possession of the demised Premises without molestation or hindrance by Landlord or any party claiming through or under the Landlord.
