In addition, planned activities of Lessor, whether in the form of renovation, redecoration or rehabilitation of any area of the Building, including the lobby, and any of the surrounding public spaces by Lessor or in the form of organized activities, public or private, shall not be deemed violation by Lessor of Lessor's covenant of quiet enjoyment benefitting Lessee.
