Common use of Covenants of Owner Trustee, Trust Company, Owner Participant and Indenture Trustee Clause in Contracts

Covenants of Owner Trustee, Trust Company, Owner Participant and Indenture Trustee. Owner Participant, and Owner Trustee and Trust Company, hereby agree, severally and not jointly, with Lessee, Loan Participant and Indenture Trustee (i) to comply with all of the terms of the Trust Agreement applicable to it in its respective capacity, (ii) not to amend, supplement, or otherwise modify any provision of the Trust Agreement in such a manner as to adversely affect the rights of any such party without the prior written consent of such party and (iii) not to terminate or revoke the Trust Agreement or the trust created by the Trust Agreement and such trust shall not be subject to revocation or termination by Owner Participant prior to the payment in full and discharge of the Equipment Notes and all other indebtedness secured by the Indenture and the final discharge thereof pursuant to Section 10.01 thereof or prior to the expiration or early termination of the Lease and the payment in full and discharge of the Equipment Notes and all other indebtedness secured by the Indenture and the final discharge thereof pursuant to Section 10.01
