Common use of Covenants of Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Covenants of Purchasers. (a) Not to Short Sell Stock. Purchaser, on behalf of himself, his affiliates , his successors and assigns and any other direct or indirect transferee holding any of the Series C Stock, hereby covenants and agrees not to, directly or indirectly, offer to "short sell", contract to "short sell" or otherwise "short sell" or encourage others to "short sell" the securities of the Company, including, without limitation, shares of Common Stock that will be received as a result of the conversion of the Series C Stock.

PurchaserPurchasers, on behalf of himself, his themselves and their affiliates , his successors and assigns the permitted assignee of any Conversion Shares hereby covenant and any other direct or indirect transferee holding any of the Series C Stock, hereby covenants and agrees agree not to, directly or indirectly, offer to "short sell", contract to "short sell" or otherwise "short sell" or encourage others to "short sell" the any securities of the Company, including, without limitation, shares of Common Stock that will be received as a result of the conversion of the Series C B Stock.
