Common use of Covenants of Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Covenants of Purchasers. Each of the Purchasers, on behalf of itself, its affiliates, its successors and assigns and any other direct or indirect transferee holding any of the Preferred Stock or the Conversion Shares, hereby covenants and agrees not to, directly or indirectly, offer to “short sell”, contract to “short sell” or otherwise “short sell” or encourage others to “short sell” the securities of the Company.

Covenants of Purchasers.
