Covenants of Supporting Securityholder. By the acceptance of this letter agreement, the Supporting Securityholder hereby agrees, subject to the terms of Sections 6 and 8 of this letter agreement and subject to Section 1(c), from the date hereof until the completion of the Nascor Share Purchase, the Plumb-Line Offer and the PLMG Share Purchase:
