Covenants of the Advisor. The Advisor covenants that it shall: (a) maintain all licenses and registrations necessary to perform its duties hereunder in good order; and (b) maintain insurance in the types and in an amount at least equal to that disclosed to the Board of Directors in connection with their approval of this Agreement and shall provide prompt notice to the Fund (i) of any material changes in its insurance policies or insurance coverage; or (ii) if any material claims are reasonably expected to be made on its insurance policies. Furthermore, the Advisor shall, upon reasonable request, provide the Fund with any information it may reasonably require concerning the amount of or scope of such insurance.
