COVENANTS OF THE ALLOTTEE Apartment use. The Allottee shall not use the Apartment or permit the same to be used for purpose other than the purpose mentioned in Recital A or for any purpose which may or is likely to cause nuisance or annoyance to the occupiers of other Units or for any illegal or immoral purposes.

Hazardous materials The Allottee shall not store in the Apartment or Building any goods which are of hazardous, combustible or dangerous nature or storing of which goods is objected to by the concerned local or other authority.
