Covenants of the Collection Agent. Until the later to occur of the Facility Termination Date and the date on which the Facility Principal shall have been reduced to zero and all other amounts due to the Administrative Agent, the Group Managing Agents and the Holders hereunder shall have been indefeasibly paid in full, the Collection Agent shall, unless the Administrative Agent and the Majority Group Managing Agents shall otherwise consent in writing at such time:
