COVENANTS OF THE FUNDS. Each Fund for itself and each Borrower for itself hereby covenants and agrees with the Banks and the Administrative Agent that, so long as any Commitment or Loan is outstanding to it or (in the case of any Fund) any Borrower that is a part of such Fund and until payment in full of all amounts payable by it or (in the case of any Fund) any Borrower that is a part of such Fund hereunder (it being agreed that each Fund covenants only to matters with respect to itself and each Borrower that is a part of such Fund, and each Borrower covenants only to matters with respect to itself):
