Covenants of the Guarantors. Each Guarantor hereby covenants and agrees that, so long as any Obligations under this Agreement and any other Transaction Document remains unpaid, the Letter of Credit remain outstanding, any Standby L/C remain outstanding or any Lender has any Commitment hereunder, it shall comply with the covenants contained or incorporated by reference in this Agreement to the extent applicable to it as a Subsidiary of the Issuer.
