Common use of Covenants of the Master Servicer Clause in Contracts

Covenants of the Master Servicer. The Master Servicer hereby covenants to the Depositor and the Trustee as follows: (a) subject to Section 3.01, the Master Servicer shall cause each Servicer to perform its obligations under the applicable Servicing Agreement; and (b) no written information, certificate of an officer, statement furnished in writing or written report delivered to the Depositor, any affiliate of the Depositor or the Trustee and prepared by the Master Servicer pursuant to this Agreement will contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make such information, certificate, statement or report not misleading at the time provided; provided, however, that the Master Servicer shall have no liability hereunder and shall be indemnified pursuant to Section 6.03 for any information with respect to the WMMSC Mortgage Loans included in any report provided hereunder.
