Common use of Covenants of the Servicer Clause in Contracts

Covenants of the Servicer. The Servicer hereby covenants to the Depositor and the Trustee for itself only as follows: (a) the Servicer shall comply in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement in all material respects with all reasonable rules and requirements of the insurer under each Primary Insurance Policy; and (b) no written information, certificate of an officer, statement furnished in writing or written report delivered to the Depositor, any affiliate of the Depositor or the Trustee and prepared by the Servicer pursuant to this Agreement will contain any untrue statement of a material fact.

Covenants of the Servicer. The Servicer hereby covenants to each of the Depositor and the Trustee for itself only other parties to this Agreement as follows: (a) the Servicer shall comply in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement in all material respects with all reasonable rules and requirements of the insurer under each Primary Required Insurance Policy; and (b) no written information, certificate of an officer, statement furnished in writing or written report delivered to the DepositorDepositor or the Trustee, any affiliate of the Depositor or the Trustee and prepared by the Servicer pursuant to this Agreement will contain be inaccurate in any untrue statement of a material factrespect.

The Servicer hereby covenants to the Depositor and the Trustee for itself only as follows: (a) the Servicer shall comply in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement in all material respects with all reasonable rules and requirements of the insurer under each Primary Credit Insurance Provider as set forth in the Credit Insurance Policy; and (b) .
