Covenants of the Subservicer. The Subservicer hereby covenants to the Depositor, the Master Servicer and the Trustee as follows: (a) the Subservicer shall comply in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement with all reasonable rules and requirements of the insurer under each Required Insurance Policy; and (b) no written information, certificate of an officer, statement furnished in writing or written report delivered to the Depositor, the Master Servicer or the Trustee, any affiliate of the Depositor, the Master Servicer or the Trustee and prepared by the Subservicer pursuant to this Agreement will be inaccurate in any material respect.
