COVENANTS OF THE TENANT. The Tenant hereby agrees to fully and faithfully comply with all of the covenants of the Tenant as set out below: 2.1. To pay rent in a timely manner in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. 2.2. If the Tenant fails to pay any Rent when the same is due and payable, such unpaid amount shall bear interest at the same rate as is charged on overdue taxes by the Municipality, with such interest to be calculated from the time such Rent becomes due until paid by the Tenant.
