Covenants of this Article IV are Independent Covenants. Executive’s covenants in Article IV are independent covenants and the existence of any claim by Executive against the Company or any of its affiliates under this Agreement or otherwise will not excuse Executive’s breach of any covenant in this Article IV, If Executive’s employment pursuant to this Agreement expires or is terminated, this Agreement will continue in full force and effect as is necessary or appropriate to enforce the covenants and agreements of Executive in this Article IV.
