Covenants of Trustee Upon Purchase of Notes. The Trustee shall be under no obligation to ascertain the occurrence of a Fundamental Change or to give notice to the Holders with respect thereto. The Trustee may conclusively assume, in the absence of written notice to the contrary from the Company, that no Fundamental Change has occurred.
