COVENANTS REGARDING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS. Tenant covenants and agrees that it shall not use the Property or Tenant's Personal Property for any purpose which violates the Legal Requirements. Tenant has obtained or duly applied for and shall maintain all appropriate licenses, certificates, permits, provider agreements, franchises, authorizations and approvals necessary to operate the Property in its customary manner for the Primary Intended Use, and any other use conducted on the Property by Tenant and permitted by Landlord hereunder. Tenant may, however, contest the legality or applicability of any such Legal Requirement as provided in Article XIII hereof.
