Covenants Regarding Other Employees. During the term of this Agreement, and for a period of twenty four (24) months following the expiration of this Agreement, the Executive agrees not to attempt to induce any employee of the Company to terminate his or her employment with the Company, to accept employment with any competitor of the Company, or to interfere in a similar manner with the business of the Company.
