Covenants Related to ReGenX Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, without the prior written consent of Bayer Dimension agrees not to exercise its right to terminate and will not amend the ReGenX Agreement if such termination or amendment would materially or adversely alter the rights of Bayer under this Agreement.
