Covenants Related to Securitization Bonds and Securitization Property. (a) So long as any of the Securitization Bonds are Outstanding, the Seller shall treat the Securitization Property as the Issuer’s property for all purposes other than financial reporting, state or U.S. federal regulatory or tax purposes, and the Seller shall treat the Securitization Bonds as debt for all purposes and specifically as debt of the Issuer, other than for financial reporting, state or U.S. federal regulatory or tax purposes.
