Covenants Relating to Financial, Accounting and Disclosure Matters. (a) The Company agrees to comply with the requirements of all of the following paragraphs of this Section 4.6 other than paragraph (m) at all times when Xxxxxx is required by U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”) to consolidate the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. The Company agrees to comply with the requirements of paragraphs (d), (e), (f), (j), (m) and (n) of this Section 4.6 at all time when Xxxxxx is required by GAAP to account for its investment in the Company or any of its Subsidiaries under the equity method of accounting.
