Common use of Covenants; Representations Clause in Contracts

Covenants; Representations. The Borrower and each Owner Trustee shall be in compliance with all covenants, agreements and conditions in each Lease Document and each Purchase Document, and each representation and warranty contained in each Loan Document and made by the Borrower or an Owner Trustee shall be true in all material respects with the same effect as if such representation or warranty had been made on the date such Loan is made or issued, except to the extent such representation or warranty relates to a specific prior date.
