Common use of Covenants Run with Land Clause in Contracts

Covenants Run with Land. The agreements, covenants and conditions contained in this Agreement are and shall be deemed to be covenants running with the land and shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of City, Successor Agency, and the Taxing Entities and their respective successors and assigns.

The agreements, covenants and conditions contained in this Agreement are and foregoing agreements shall be deemed to be covenants running which run with the land and shall be binding upon and shall inure solely to the benefit of City, Successor Agencyof, and shall be binding upon, the Taxing Entities and parties hereto, their respective successors and assigns, including all subsequent owners of individual lots located in the Subdivision.
