Common use of Covenants to Bind Successors Clause in Contracts

Covenants to Bind Successors. All the covenants, stipulations, promises and agreements in this Thirteenth Supplemental Trust Agreement contained made by or on behalf of the Authority or of the Trustee shall inure to and bind their respective successors and assigns.
