Covenants to Survive, Binding Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Lender, Borrower and their respective successors or assigns; provided, however, that Lender may not assign or otherwise dispose of any of their rights or obligations hereunder or the other Loan Documents. All covenants, agreements, warranties and representations made herein, and in all certificates and documents delivered in connection with this Agreement by or on behalf of Borrower shall survive the execution and delivery hereof and thereof, and all such covenants, agreements, representations and warranties shall inure to the successors and assigns of Lender whether or not so expressed.
