Common use of Covenants to Survive, Binding Agreement Clause in Contracts

Covenants to Survive, Binding Agreement. All covenants, agreements, warranties and representations made herein, in the Note, in the other Financing Documents, and in all certificates or other documents of Borrower shall survive the advances of money made by Lender to Borrower hereunder and the delivery of the Note and the other Financing Documents, and all such covenants, agreements, warranties and representations shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Lender and its successors and assigns, whether or not so expressed.
