Common use of Covenants with Respect to Liens Clause in Contracts

Covenants with Respect to Liens. (a) Lessee shall not directly or indirectly create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien (other than Permitted Liens) on or with respect to any portion of the Leased Property, Lessor's title thereto, or any interest therein and Lessee shall protest any such Lien and diligently pursue the defense thereof. Lessee, at its own expense, shall promptly pay, satisfy and otherwise take such actions as may be necessary to keep the Leased Property free and clear of, and duly to discharge, eliminate or bond in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Lessor and Administrative Agent, any such Lien (other than Permitted Liens) not accepted above if the same shall arise at any time.
