Common use of Covenants Without Notice Clause in Contracts

Covenants Without Notice. Any Credit Party shall fail to observe or perform any covenant or agreement contained in Section 5.1 (as to maintenance of existence of the Borrowers or the Parent), subsections (g) and (h) of Section 5.7, Section 5.8, Section 5.9, Section 5.11 or Article VI; or
