(b) The Contractors will have to make their own arrangements for the transport/accommodation/TA/DA of their personnel assigned to this project. The price quoted shall also include the Contractor’s representative visit to various offices, and other places for meetings, data collection, presentations, public consultation, secretarial staff, their salary, allowances, overhead expenditure etc. (c) All duties, taxes, royalties and other levies payable by the Contractor under the Contract, or for any other cause, shall be included in the rates, prices, and total Bid price submitted by the Bidder except for service tax which will be quoted separately as per the format in Form Fin – 2 and which will be reimbursed to the Contractor on producing proof of payment. The rates and prices quoted by the Bidder shall be fixed for the duration of the Contract and shall not be subject to any adjustment other than that defined in clause 5.2 Section VI, Part I. The prices shall be quoted by the Bidder entirely in Indian Rupees. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

(ii) While working out the priceconsultancy fees, following points should be noted:

The price quoted shall also include the Contractor’s representative visit to project for visiting various offices, and other places for meetings, data collection, presentations, public consultationconsultation during field visit, public hearing and discussions, the remuneration of the experts, secretarial staff, their salary, allowances, allowances & overhead expenditure etc. and all the related works incidental to the scope of the consultancy assignment including the full cost (without any free inputs from IWAI) for arranging minimum 4 nos. stakeholder workshops as per clause 2 (I) of the scope of work.
(b) Consultancy fees quoted would deem to have included all the incidental costs including cost of data collection from various line departments, field survey, all documents and reports etc. that would be required to-be prepared and submitted by the consultants during entire course of the present assignment. Even after satisfactory submission of all above information / reports / NOCs and permissions from the concerned Statutory bodies, if any unforeseen environmental and social issues are raised by any Govt. and Non- Govt. Organization, PAPs or local people or parties, the consulting firm shall have to bear the cost to resolve such issues to the complete satisfaction of XXXX.
(c) All duties, taxes, royalties and other levies payable by the Contractor Consultant under the Contract, or for any other cause, shall be included in the rates, prices, and total Bid price submitted by the Bidder except for service tax GST which will be quoted separately as per existing rules and regulations at the format in Form Fin – 2 and which will be reimbursed to the Contractor on producing proof time of payment.
