Coverage and Effective Date Sample Clauses

The "Coverage and Effective Date" clause defines when the protections or obligations under an agreement begin and what specific items, services, or parties are included. Typically, this clause specifies the exact date the contract becomes active and may outline any conditions that must be met for coverage to start, such as payment of a premium or execution of the agreement. Its core function is to provide clarity on the timing and scope of contractual responsibilities, ensuring all parties understand when their rights and duties commence and what is covered under the agreement.
