Coverage and Effective Date. Effective January 1, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), employer shall make available one or more group Medicare supplemental health insurance policies for hospital, medical and prescription drug coverage (“Medicare Supplemental Insurance). The Medicare Supplemental Insurance is described in summary and available on the Intranet or by request from SWWC.

Coverage and Effective Date. The terms and conditions set forth below shall apply to each ELIGIBLE MODULE that becomes subject to this Agreement. Each such ELIGIBLE MODULE shall become so subject upon execution by LICENSEE and AT&T of a CONTROL SPECIFICATION for the particular ELIGIBLE MODULE. Each such CONTROL SPECIFICATION includes additional provisions which apply with respect to the associated ELIGIBLE MODULE. Initially, CONTROL SPECIFICATION(S) No. [e.g., 93] are included in and made part of this Agreement. Additional CONTROL SPECIFICATIONS may be added to this Agreement to include additional ELIGIBLE MODULES, and each such additional CONTROL SPECIFICATION shall be considered part of this Agreement as of the later of the dates of execution by LICENSEE and AT&T. The effective date of this Agreement shall be the later of the dates of execution of the initial CONTROL SPECIFICATION(S) by LICENSEE and AT&T.
Coverage and Effective Date. This Agreement shall be effective as of 12:01 a.m., EST, January 1, 1998. The Reinsurer shall indemnify the Company in respect to losses, loss expenses and underwriting expenses, as further defined in Article II, that may accrue to the Company under all policies, contracts, binders or agreements of insurance or reinsurance, whether written or oral (hereinafter referred to as "policies") written or renewed by the Company at any time prior to the cancellation of this Agreement, as provided in Article III. Such coverage shall include the positive or negative development of loss reserves, loss expense reserves and underwriting liabilities established by the Company as of the effective date of this Agreement. All reinsurance for which the Reinsurer will be obligated by virtue of this Agreement will be subject to the same terms, conditions, interpretations, waivers, modifications and alterations as the respective policies of the Company to which this reinsurance applies.

  • Revocation Period and Effective Date In the event that Executive elects to sign and return to the Company a copy of this Agreement, he/she has a period of seven (7) days (the “Revocation Period”) following the date of such execution to revoke this Release, after which time this agreement will become effective (the “Effective Date”) if not previously revoked. In order for the revocation to be effective, written notice must be received by the Company no later than close of business on the seventh day after the Executive signs this Release at which time the Revocation Period shall expire.

  • Term and Effectiveness This Agreement shall become effective as of the first date written above. Once effective, this Agreement shall remain in effect for two years, and thereafter shall continue automatically for successive one-year periods; provided that such continuance is specifically approved at least annually by: (i) the vote of the Board of Directors, or by the vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the Company and (ii) the vote of a majority of the Independent Directors, in accordance with the requirements of the 1940 Act.
