Coverage and Eligibility Clause Samples

The Coverage and Eligibility clause defines who is entitled to receive benefits or services under an agreement and the scope of what is provided. It typically outlines the criteria individuals or entities must meet to qualify for coverage, such as employment status, membership, or specific conditions, and details the types of benefits, services, or protections included. This clause ensures clarity regarding who is covered and what is included, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes about eligibility and the extent of coverage.
