COVERAGE BY THIS AGREEMENT Clause Samples

The "Coverage by This Agreement" clause defines the scope of matters, services, or parties that are governed by the agreement. It typically outlines what specific activities, products, or relationships are included under the contract, and may clarify any exclusions or limitations. For example, it might specify that only certain transactions or geographic regions are covered, or that particular affiliates are included or excluded. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of what is and is not subject to the agreement, thereby preventing disputes over the contract’s applicability.
