COVERAGE COMMITMENTS. Clause 4.1 - Coverage commitments set forth in the SUBSTITUTED INSTRUMENT are maintained, including service and coverage obligations. Clause 4.2 - The non-performance of the commitments will subject the AUTHORIZED COMPANY to the sanctions provided herein and in the regulation, and may result in rescinding the authorization.
